We're now planning to have Nick start his training here in Beloit, as soon as possible, as a Thailand employee.
We're thinking of 2 options:
1) Keep Cassandra's flight plan on Jan 24 intact. Have Nick start asap (this week) in Beloit. He will get training in Beloit till January 23, then spend 3 weeks in Tennessee in our Smoke Flavour Facility. Nick will be in Thailand on Feb 16.
2) Delay Cassandra's plan and let the 2 start on Feb 16 in Thailand to accommodate Nick's Training in Beloit and Tennessee.
Question to Suwanna and Karen - will the Thai Working Visa allow Nick to start early this week on business travel to the US, just like what we did with Kiwon?
Option 1 and 2 will need to be aligned with Cassandra and Nick since both options will mean separation for 3 weeks. Option 2 needs extending their house and car lease.
Option 2 may be better for David Banks since we have not yet found a replacement for Cassandra in the US.
What option do you think is more feasible for Asia? Or let me know your input to make our option more workable.
Thanks, Itine
