The reflections allows to identify the key contribution of
ICT to education that it raises the student’s interests, needs,
strengths, and weaknesses to drive the learning process, with
the teacher facilitating rather than dictating [7]. Particularly in
HEIs, the use of ICT has the potential to enhance the quality of
teaching and learning. The application of ITE increases,
significantly, the personalization of schooling with little or no
marginal increase in labour costs. Personalization will improve
student’s motivation that can study at their own pace and
direction, as it will improve the job of teaching [7]. Indeed, the
students experience is meaningful due to preparation for a
future working life, not for social praxis in the present and it
promotes a formalization of education, not a freeing of the
process of education from bureaucratic systems of delivery [8].
