However in the very rare case of bottles jammed inside the hood, the usual procedure is to first stop anymore bottles from going into the hood by your jam ejector. Our IR senor installed at the entrance of hood can be programmed to activate the jam ejector to blow off the incoming bottles if bottle is detected for to be there for more than 10 seconds. Then your operator can use a rod to go inside the hood to dislodge the jammed bottles. Once dislodge, the bottles will move out of the hood by the conveyor. The IR sensor will deactivate the jam ejector & bottles will be allowed to continue into the hood.
