Id like all of us to understand the purpose of this first.
1) Marketing team needs to have thorough understanding about every product, so that we can create materials and content to help aiding the sales teams. We will be studying MAC-5 as well as DPineSuite.
2) Sales would need to come around and sell SM-HC too in the future. They need to know what to say. First priority is that they need to know
- target market (who are our leads)
- past efforts in selling and results so far
- Unique Selling Points (what makes our product unique and adds value to customers)
- competitors
- theories behind the product (Strategy Management, KPI, Human Capital Management, etc.)
All of the above should be covered in the overview section of the course.
