Hello,
When you have problem to send mail and your message bounce back to you with error “failure notice” please read the reason indicated in the failure notice and double check if the email address you have used is correct.
In case the problem is different please ask for support directly to helpdesk@ascend.in.th and put me in copy.
Example of message:
“Hello,
I cannot send email to this address xxxxxx@xxx.xx (see attached file)
Please help me to solve this issue urgently”
In your message, attach the copy of the email file (failure notice) as per the attachment here enclosed
