The first step of the analysis consisted in finding the point in the
trajectory of pointing that was at the farthest distance from the
point of origin of the movement. A pointing vector was formed by
connecting the origin with the point at the farthest distance from
the origin. The orientation of the pointing movement was defined
as the orientation of the pointing vector within the display. In a
second step, the deviation of the orientation of the pointing
movement from the orientation of the target was computed. An
optimal agreement is achieved, when the deviation is 0.
