Miniaturization (down scaling) is an important factor of modern
society reflected strongly in science and technology [4] including
medicine, chemistry, environment, food safety, etc. [5]. Miniaturization
of a procedure can be achieved simply by reducing
dimensions of the systems used in earlier approaches or by developing
completely new set-ups or techniques. When compared
to conventional systems, miniature systems can perform similar

and solvents, size and power requirement, system cost and meanwhile
faster analysis time and massively parallel analysis capability.
It is an attractive method for application requiring on-field rapid
