To manage the development of retail standards for our branded retail outlets, in which include merchandising, service and retail processes, as well as monitor and ensure effectiveness of business processes and operating models, in order to support retail activities in our branded outlets
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher with analytical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills in Thai and English.
• Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking competencies to analyze business environment and define opportunities and approaches for optimizing the customer journey in retail and service environment
• Ability to work in independently and in a collaborative team environment interacting with all levels in the organization, manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet commitments.
• Experience in retail and service environment from setting up retail/service outlets to operating those outlets with good understanding of current and emerging trends in retail and service environment. Experience in Retail General Manager is a plus.
