Various wavelet families with different scales were tested for
finding the optimal signal processing settings to obtain the desirable
calibration graphs as well as reliable determination of
Myricetin, Kaempferol and Quercetin. Finally, the Daubechies
wavelet family of four order (Db4) with scaling factor (a) = 61 for
Myricetin, the Gaussian wavelet family of third order (Gaus3) with
a = 64 for Kaempferol and the Gaussian wavelet family of seven
order (Gaus7) and a = 64 for Quercetin were selected as the optimal
families. Since, they were yielded the highest sensitivity with
great slope values in the linear regression equations for all subjected
compounds
