Disciplinary procedures is outlined in the Company's Rules and Regulations.
in the event The Employee is found guilty of misconduct such as theft, fraud, dishonesty, dereliction of duty, disobedience, excessive absenteeism, unauthorized disclosure of the Company's confidential information, The Employer may at its sole discretion impose disciplinary measures against The Employee. The Employee shall at its own discretion claim any compensation from The Employee any damages incurrec due to his/her misconducts.
