Regarding the reviewing of Quarterly Oracle Responsibility.

Could you please revise the changing responsibilities/ authority approval follow the file as attached :

1st tab:THA_Emps_and_Oracle_Resp; Please see the line Change#2-17 and #31(in green color)
PS. i'm not sure about the maeaning of "Userendate" it means user end date?? if yes, no need to do any thing the line #2-17

2nd tab:THB_Oracle_Resp_and User_IDs; Please see the line #68-77and 166 (in green color)

3rd tab:THB_PO_Approval_Limit; Please see the detail as comment
PS. for the 3rd tab, have you put the amount limit in "THB" and the system has automaticly converted to USD? if yes, maybe we need to change "ConversionRates", then the amount limit in USD will be automaticly converted as well.
