Turning to impact, this issue also links to the purpose of the specific course and the conclusions from the literature on social entrepreneurship education. Measurement of the number of new social ventures or the intention to start one was
not a criterion for success in the formal evaluation and grading criteria or for the teacher in the process. A success in the practical dimension would rather be a fruitful corporation with the external organization as well as the implementation of the social initiative. This criterion corresponds with the broad approach to impact from the literature. Four of the students actually had the intention to start a venture during the course period and one of them ended up doing it.
