CSR focus on providing sales administration service to Marubun/Arrow’s customers.
Central to this role, the position is responsible for order management (order entry, follow up, updates) and acting as the frontline for customer-related inquiries and in close collaboration with Sales to support customers.
Order Management (Collect daily incoming fax/e-mail for purchase orders+ PO acknowledgement by email or fax+ Input order into Oracle or FA upload)
Delivery Management (Update delivery schedule to customers)
Forecast balance management (Follow up customer forecast as per schedule)
Skill:
Customer service skills
English and country-specific local language
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (clarity well organized thinking
Sound negotiation skills
Excellent computer skills (Excel/Word/Power Point)
Good time management skills
Proven multi-tasking skills
Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales Coordination role or Customer Service role or planner role
