Variation:
Direct Printing onto a Paint Skin
This is one of the most unique processes in the book. Starting with a carrier sheet, you’ll add polymer medium as a base skin, then create an underpainting of your choice, followed by more coatings of polymer medium, and then an inkjet precoat. Finally, you will direct print your digital image onto the paint skin resulting in a paint skin print. You can either apply this print to canvas or use it as paint skin col- lage materials in mixed media work.
