Similarly, in a comparison among varieties after
germination, it was found that germinated black waxy
rice (Niew Dam) showed the highest TAC compared
to other samples. The amount of anthocyanin content
of germinated Phitsanulok 2 ,Niew Dam, and Hom
Nil rice ranged between 1.09-10.83 mg/100 g of rice,
17.89-99.53 mg/100 g of rice, and 3.32-1.89 mg/100
g of rice, respectively.
