Many literatures are evolved presenting the analysis
and behavior of the soft switched dc-dc converters. Some of
them are discussed now. In [3] a soft switching PWM
Interleaved two switch forward dc-dc converter is proposed.
The features of the proposed converter includes (i) much
reduced switching losses inspite of load variations (ii) lesser
conduction losses due to low idling and circulating currents
(iii) no auxiliary circuit is employed and (iv) the transformers
are free of flux imbalances. This paper is well organized
and shows very much improved results with higher
efficiencies. But the closed loop control is not considered.
The performance parameters of the dc-dc converter such
as settling time, rise time and peak overshoot are not taken
into account.
