2. Materials and methods 2.1 Source of Mango Mangoes, cv. Nam Dok Mai, were used throughout. The mature mango fruits were harvested from the orchard in Agricultural Technology Research Institute, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Muang district, Lampang.
