Point 2 – each carton will be weighed for correct weight/count for the next 2 shipments, the Printing Manager will also have another person check weigh each carton for the next 2 orders.
In addition to Point 2, the Baroda Quality Manager will also make random checks throughout production to ensure correct weight/count, if one cartridge is found missing we will rework the full order by checking each carton again.
