Amylase samples are blue or dark-blue after boiling.
They become black/dark-brawn when you add sulfuric acid test solution.
(Protease assay samples are yellow, but amylase samples are not.)
At the end point of titration, the sample becomes white.
But it usually becomes purple after leave it for a while.
I think you could complete titration perfectly.
When you reach the end point, you must record the volume immediately.
If not, the liquid becomes purple again...
