VI. CONCLUSION
Large-scale, distributed systems require a great amount of
resources to allow speedy and accurate search. It is clear that
the Distributed Indexing System helps us to reduce the interval
time for updating index as compared to centralized indexing
scheme. Thus it would help us to make the index more up to
date by increasing the update frequency. Due to the local and
global copies of index the availability of index increases. Use
of commodity computing makes this solution cost effective.
So due to the high efficiency and cost effectiveness definitely
such systems will emerge as prominent pillar of new
generation search. As computation (index) is fetched rather
than raw data great amount of network traffic also reduces.
