An effective packaging design engages consumers’ attention, prolongs lingering time at the shelf, and consequently causes sales opportunity to take place (Cheverton, 2004; Mikunda, 2002). In general, consumers will choose products that impress them, or search for familiar names, features and way of display that determine their shopping intentions (Schmitt, 1999). Here package “findability” is key (Brown, 2008). For a brand, successful differentiation is the greatest advantage of the product (Young, 2005)
