Purpose of Role:
The "External Title" will develop an operating model which includes proposition development, test & learn planning, process documentation, ways of working and commercials to ensure new Group media capabilities are rolled out across markets successfully.
Responsibilities:
Represent dunnhumby for any new Blueprint capability; scoping and developing the media proposition strategy.
Understand the current retailer and dunnhumby systems, processes, capabilities and local market idiosyncrasies to ensure solutions are locally relevant.
Support the development of business cases for new markets including budgets and forecasts.
Develop the commercialisation plan for new capabilities, ensuring the revenue potential is maximised.
Manage deployment across markets including weekly NWT status meeting, problem solving, informing and consulting key stakeholders.
Document the end to end process associated with each of the new Communications and Media mechanics that are launched or change in process needed as a result of new systems. This would include the sales, targeting, support tools, data, evaluation and finance/invoicing processes.
