SUMMARY
In this chapter, we presented human process interventions aimed at interpersonal relations, group dynamics, and organization processes. These change programs help people gain interpersonal skills, develop effective groups, address organization problems, and manage large-scale decision making. Process consultation is used not only as a way of helping groups become effective but also as a means whereby groups learn to diagnose and solve their own problems and continue to develop their competence and maturity. Important areas of activity include communications, roles of group members, difficulties with problem-solving and decision making norms, and leadership and authority.
