Dear Management team,
I would like to complain regarding the service I have experienced this evening in the restaurant of the resort.
I have ordered a several dishes for dinner with my friends at your restaurant this evening, however, after we got all other dishes and found that one thing was missing. We have asked the staff to check for us twice nicely but we got no attention at all.
The staff who has taken our order came to our table and insisted that we did not order that dish, well.... we know what we ordered which would be easier for him to just put an order for us instead of insisting and blaming us like it was our fault which caused us embarrassed. It was ok for us if he did not hear it when we made an order... why would it be so difficult for him to just put an additional order for us and we got want we want for our dinner. It would be a win-win situation. Working in a hospitality business he shall learn that people can make mistake which is totally fine. But we have to accept when we make mistake since it was not a big deal at all.
We are on holiday here and we just want to have a good time and do not want to make others unhappy. We are regular customer here and never experienced something like this at this resort before. Also it was a bit of surprise
to be informed later that he is actually a supervisor. Well no words for me to experienced this from someone who is called a "supervisor" ... It might hurt his ego but learning to accept the mistake is a good lesson for him. He shall be educated about this.
