First of all, I have to say apologize to late reply your mail. Actually, I do not ignore to reply your mail but I must to clear my daily job by priority. And I really concern your mail is very important. You know, from Monday till now I have many things to do such as;
1. Prepare a letter to inform 265 network Provider for a new condition and benefit with new client ( PTT group 7 account and ASO Bangchak Petroleum PCL)
2. Meeting with sales team to final approve a client benefit and special condition (now still not approved yet. Still pending from the client sign renew 2 Accounts)
3. There are 4 hospitals to visit Medical team for new year greeting (Phyathai2 Hosp., Siam International Clinic, Hua Chiew Gengeral Hosp., Bangkok Prapadeand Hosp.)
4. Solving a provider complaint
5. Fact finding a problem from your mail, that Kemal rises issue hospitals were sending a wrong benefit, They sent OPD benefit to Discharge team. (your mail there are no detail, it take time to find out such as there are no member name, policy number, date of service and also the reason to reject. All the detail is important to find out the problem with the hospital)
6. Meeting with our team for BUPA CODE, Daily job, Action Plan and Personal performance review end of Dec 2016.
