Learning activities
1. Teacher asks students by using “What is your favorite food?” Students answer by using “My favorite food is …….”
2. Students work into two groups, play finding game which is to find the words of Tom Yum Kung’s ingredients and pick on the board.
3. Teacher shows authentic ingredients of Tom Yum Kung. Students repeat the words after the teacher.
4. Students work in group of four, read about Tom Yum Kung in sheet.
5. Each group answers the question about Tom Yum Kung.
6. Teacher randomize students’ group to answer the questions.
7. Teacher and students discuss and evaluate their friends’ answer.
8. Students summarize the knowledge that they have learned in mind map.
