Thank you for your emails. We have been looking over the payroll report for January. The main discrepancy with the new hires in January are that they were not paid for the entire month of January. Teerapong, Sayan, Kanokpond, and Chaloemkhwan were hired on January 5th. They were only paid from January 5 to January 31. Sasitorn has done the correct calculations for herself in January with her hire date of January 12. The payroll company will prorate pay based on the start date provided.
Our other challenge is the tax deduction form. I appreciate you re-sending the forms that I already have, however, it is very likely that your employees will want to fill out new forms for the new year. Our international payroll company has given all the Thailand employees the opportunity to fill out a new form for 2015.
