We had the box of parts ready to go. Unfortunately, TNT was too busy in their labelling department to send us the appropriate information for the pick-up. They do not do the physical pick-up here at our address, they needed to send a 3rd part label to my email and they ran out of time. They apologized for this. I suppose you could contact your representative there at TNT if you need a further explanation on their processes. I don’t know very much about TNT, this is the first time we’ve tried to use them.
We will be back in the office on Monday and I would expect it to go out at that time.
