Dear Khun Pongsak,
I just called to check they are in process for implementation and plan to Go-Live in Sep.
For my view, as we knew that customer is implementing new software. Meaning that one day they will not use Infor software. If Infor knew this situation and fact, then still would prefer to audit them. I think this may make unhappy with them as they will discontinue, but Infor still want to audit. If I am customer, I am still unhappy. I don’t think so that if Infor do, then will be nothing to lose.
This is the situation that you can communicate.
About the RSC, in my view, actually that is not customer fault at all. How they can know what they have to buy?
1. They feel that to contact them like they are using illegally software, but they bought the correct license.
2. Since they have not known you, they have to ensure in term of security purpose
3. They have non-skill IT guy in term of SyteLine.
The next is:
1. What is your stage now?
2. In anything, they want you to contact us. For example: To install audit software, explain the audit process, etc.
Please advise.
