Stages
1. The heated thermoplastic is fed between the feed rollers which start the process of forming the material into a sheet format.
2. The thermoplastic then passes through a series of heated nip rollers. The nip rollers are adjustable and will gradually reduce the thickness of the material as it passes through them.
3. The thermoplastic passes through a series of tension rollers which maintains the tension throughout the material before it reaches the cooling rollers.
4. The thermoplastic then passes through a series of cooling rollers, each one reducing the temperature of the material.
5. Finally, the thermoplastic is rolled ready for distribution.
