Plasom
Plasom is a type of yasothon OTOP.
It's famous in east south in asia
The people like to eat Plasom with rice.
There are two types of Plasom.
The first is all body fish.
The second is a piece of fish.
Plason is Fish Processing
The ingredients are
- Fish
- Salt
- Rice
- Garlic
- Water
Method
the first Clean the fish Then Spread the body open and remove the gills and entrails
the second cut off the body fish then take the fish to mix with salt and water then set aside around 2 hours
The Third clean the fish by water again and Strain the water and set aside.
The Fourth Mix the rice and garlic with fish then Pack to plastic bag and tie it
Marinated the fish around 4 days untill The fish have sour taste
