We are always willing to give the customer time to decide, the problem I am having is the lack of response to the partner spreadsheets. We are not receiving information in a timely manner on what is happening with the renewal contracts. If status updated were provided regularly I would have information to give to my manager in my monthly meetings. We currently have nothing……
When a contracts is expired for 3-5 months with no explanation in our records, it’s simply looks bad and is unacceptable per OpenText standards.
I would appreciate any assistance you or your team may offer to correct this situation.
