Eight samples of baked products (four croissants and
four magdalenas or Spanish muffins), from the most representative
trade names, were acquired in supermarkets.
Nine samples of frozen products (five croissants and
four magdalenas or Spanish muffins), also from the most
important trade names in the sector, were acquired from
