Responsibilities of manager have many things. The first thing, good manager must begin training herself/himself before other people. She/he must have rules in herself/himself. Manager must be good leadership. She/he got be able to set priority and her/ him troops. Manager must be a source of energy empathy and trust for employees. Manager must be familiar with the work of all the groups. She/he supervises all of the area. Manager must listening problems and advise customer. Everything is more important for the manager.
1. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
2. Making work motivation to employees.
3. Planning, monitoring, and apprising job result; coaching, counseling, and discipline employees.
4. Analyzing strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of company.
5. Analyze enforcing, and resolving problem.
6. Coordinate with other department.
7. Set working schedule of employees.
8. Give counseling and advising for employees.
9. Supervise responsible quality and standard of work.
10. Check requirement of customer
