I don't know the details, because I don't follow you in PR direction. I have only general table where all PR staffs are evaluated according their result. Moreover, we are using this table as basis of salary revising, as well. In order to improve yourself in PR directions, I would like to ask you more closely to collaborate with Ekaterina and implement all tasks she provided.
