Open up the escalation App from the available options on your screen
Select your business line from the available options
Select the country where the incident has happened from the available options
Type in the account name where the incident has happened
Type in the location – this could be a city or building
Choose the date that the incident happened from the available options
Select the incident type from the available options
Select the incident sub type from the available options
Type in the email addresses as required into the available boxes
Press the save button and the system will then escalate to the relevant people
