Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activity.
