Since I have worked at this company, this firm impressed me a lot. The first impression is AAPICO’s crews are very nice. They treat me like we are family. For the first time when I had a job interview as an executive Training Officer with our management, K.Lalana, I impressed her because of her informality. During the interview, she was very nice and friendly. I felt like I was not being interviewed but I was talking or sharing my experiences to her. Moreover, the first day when I started my job, I met many people in APPICO Company. They are very welcome me to be a part of this organization. Whenever I need some help or information to support my job, my colleagues are willing to help me.
The second, AAPICO is a large company which has many employees, many plants, and many partners. There are many big projects for AAPICO. In my position, I am an Training and it is also my first job. Thus, it is very challenge for me to support my superior. I have learnt a lot from my managements, my colleagues, my jobs and other people. I have known what I have not known before and I try to improve myself to do my jobs well.
Third, how to done the jobs well, It is undeniable that motivation and feedback are important. Every time I done my jobs, I always get feedbacks and/or appreciation from them. Both feedbacks and appreciation are provided me how my superiors think about my assignments. Those could let me know if there is anything wrong or any information I should know. So I could learn more how to be successful in my job from my assignments and mistakes. In my opinion, appreciations and feedbacks are the major factor to motivate the employees to done the job well.
2. Were you properly inducted?
Since I first started my position, I had been trained from the old secretary. She gave me the overall of duties. So I know what I have to do in any periods in each year. I know more about my superiors and how to support them about their jobs. However, I did not understand clearly at the first time when I started my position but I comprehend more when I faced some obstacles during the jobs and learned to solve these problems.

4. Improvements
In my opinion, AAPICO runs their business professionally but since I have arranged the Momiji shop, I faced the little problem about how to advance money. With few experiences and little time, our team and I have to manage many details about the shop such as creating Momiji and beverage recipes, searching and buying their ingredients, materials and furniture for the shop, researching about marketing, observing the shop working process etc. So we have to do many mentioned tasks in the same time and we have to request the advancement money urgently. I realized that the company could not support us immediately. For example, sometimes I ordered some materials and had to deposit the money. When the time met the deadline, I had to postpone them because I don’t have enough money to pay them. In my opinion, it might be good if our management could allocate the budget for the shop before we manage any processes and we could estimate the quotation of materials. So we could apportion money within the limit of the budget. Anyway, these situations are good experiences for me to improve my working skills and potential.
