The 10x10 Manhattan Grid scenario was used to evaluate the proposed technique. The results showed the effectiveness
of the dynamic fuzzy system and corroborated CARTIM’s capability to adapt to the context. The results also verified
CARTIM’s congestion minimization capabilities, improving the flow of vehicles. In this way, CARTIM achieved the main
goal of this work, reducing the average travel time of vehicles in traffic, looking to increase the satisfaction of users of
vehicular networks. The proposed approach has also reduced vehicular CO2 emissions during the simulations.
