1. Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
Lead the execution of action plan to manage outsourced salespersons in the assigned zone to sell and provide services to customers in order to achieve performance targets
Lead the outsourced salesperson management to ensure the service delivery according to the agreed SLA. The activities include manpower planning, selection, salesperson placement, and performance evaluation
Conduct zone performance analysis to understand current performance of assigned zone and to derive performance improvement opportunities within assigned zone
Facilitate route plan development to ensure sufficient and effective route coverage and achievement of performance targets
Conduct the quota allocation review to ensure sufficient quota is allocated in the assigned zone to achieve sales targets
Determine appropriate sales activities or events that will promote dtac brand and will provide additional opportunities to increase sales volume in the assigned zone
Conduct coordination with the external parties (e.g. local government bodies) to set up or secure spaces at events and permission for direct sales teams to sell dtac products and provide services to customers
Perform activities to determine appropriate supports or resources required to set up a successful sales events for direct sales forces and to coordinate with related parties to set up events
Lead the maintenance and update of direct sales location profiles to ensure only qualified locations are registered with accurate information and unqualified locations are withdrawn
Inspect and ensure collection of customer feedback regarding network quality issues and report to Region n-4 Head for future improvement discussion with Technology Group
Report the current situation about market to Region n-4 Head for providing market insights to Direct Sales Management n-3 Head
2. Obtain industry insight and identify operational objectives that align with strategy
Obtain functional or industry knowledge and trends
Understand how the corporate strategic direction has been cascaded to the n-2, n-3 and n-4 strategies, objectives and action plans
Translate the n-5 operational objectives mean to team members
3. Obtain and work according to the budget and expense plan
4. Collaborate across n-5 to ensure operational alignment
Support issue resolution and escalation functions
Support risk management to ensure continuity of business
Provide input to identify, develop, and communicate improvement opportunities and initiatives, realise improvements and report progress
Be accountable for special assignments relating to function as allocated by immediate superior level
5. Lead n-5 team members, resource allocation, coach, mentor, conduct/attend and support team building, team training
Manage, monitor, and evaluate performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of n-5 goal and target
Support in motivating staffs and ensure code of conduct and operational compliance with corporate policies and regulatory are followed to promote corporate governance
