Steering Committee (All Div, and Dept. Heads)
1. Review appropriate resources to achieve OHSMS and EMS.
2. Authorize the completed hazard identification, risk assessment & Risk control of their operations and aspect identification & evaluation.
3. Review the objective, management program and other documents with related.
4. Be a member of management review meeting.
5. Assign member to be SHE committee /SHE representative.
SHE Committee / SHE Representatives
1. Participate pro-actively in the development process of establishing the OHSMS and EMS.
2. Be the full representative and expert for their designated areas.
3. Responsible for hazard identification, risk assessment & risk control and aspect identification & evaluation.
4. Establish and maintain procedures and work instructions.
5. Monitor compliance with law and other requirements.
6. Advise/consult where there are changes that effect to safety, occupational health and environment.
7. Drafting corrective and preventing measures to cope with the possibilities of occurring the delay of the progress or nonconformance,
and encouraging the implementation.
Internal auditor
1. Pass the OHSMS and EMS internal auditor training course and be qualified as internal auditors.
2. To request cooperation of audited organizations with respect to audit activity requirement.
3. Conduct the effective audit within scope and plan.
4. To submit the data and documents, explanations of facts, and on-site examinations attended by the personnel concerned.
Safety officer, Environment officer
1. Take fully support for ther effective implementation and continual improvement of OHSMS and EMS. Specific duties include reducting impact,
risk and monitoring performance.
2. Create and promote OHSMS and EMS activities.
3 Be a secretary of SHE Committee and assist for SMR and EMR.
4. Creating and maintaining communication channels within the company.
5. Reporting the status of implementing the company safety, occupational health and environmental management to SMR and EMR.
6. Reporting the concern items to RESO.
All Employees
1. Provide fully support in implementing and maintaining the site OHSMS and EMS.
2. Follow the procedures and work instructions at each areas/operations.
3. suggest the problem encounter and useful information to support the effective of OHSMS and EMS.
4. Involve, participate in any training provide by company.
5. Duties include participation in safety, occupational health and environmental activities.
6. Ensuring conformance with various rules and guidelines, including policy.
