invite susan
Susan Kaiser Greenland has a unique ability to distill the essence of mindful awareness practice and communicate it to children, teens and families in a fun, playful and accessible way. She has been invited to address local, national and international organizations where she speaks to groups of psychotherapists, educators, parents, public administrators, healthcare providers, policy-makers, clergy, attorneys, students and researchers. She has given a wide range of public presentations throughout the world including plenary talks, half day, full day and weekend workshops and extended training programs.
It's difficult for Susan to respond to every email she receives personally. If you have a specific question that's not answered below, she'll do her best to get back to you.
Information about how to practice mindfulness with children can be found in her book The Mindful Child as well as the how-to and blog sections of this website.
Guided meditations, mindful songs in English and Spanish and a few activities are posted in the how-to section of this website. Additional guided meditations can be found on Annaka Harris' website.
