- Develop customer insight & in-depth analysis and design customer life cycle strategy through analytics frameworks to maximize customer lifetime profitability and giving strategic recommendation to Retail, Marketing & Business Development team for further action.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting to team and management.
- Drive the development for Panpuri First loyalty program and perform technical analysis in order to identify strategies for loyalty maximization and sales optimization.
- Manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns budget and report on actual vs planned.
- Oversee direct communications and interactions with customers
- Oversee the creative and production processes of a CRM campaign and champion successful execution.
- Map customer journey analyzing touch points with the organization and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships, in line with Panpuri image and vision, to increase client recruitment.
