I have problem about Personal Income Tax According to the text below, and I attach file about payroll report to you,
and I want to know sure about Payroll job, So I find about the responsibility of HR about payroll References from multiple websites already.
Payroll Job Summary:

The problem on the future.
1. But HR told me that it is unable to calculate an employee's income tax. And he told me that I do.
2. I have proposed Excel file payroll with HR. Because I need to record transactions.

But it has been rejected by the HR and HR told me that me must do salary again in my excel file
but I looking that work was redundant.
3. So I think that the payroll should give me do or not?

And I can not make sure that HR calculation accurate.
I know I can check of the calculation of the salary of the employee again.
But if HR sent payroll report was delayed, it's make to paid payroll delays too.
It doesn't match up with what should be. It is the cost that month. Because the first pay every time to must check the accuracy beforehand. And should pay and save the account of that month. The salary of the employee is important and affect the production cost. And the cost of sales and administrative cost.
Which I am very concerned with Revenue Department at Rayong province, because the Revenue Department at Rayong province is strict with income tax matters very seriously
because income tax to all It is the income of Thailand
***If HR want to know about the calculation of personal income tax and Income tax deductions. I'm welcome and I can provide knowledge with HR. But I'll do all everything about payroll all With myself. Because in the future if HR doesn't know about this, it make he don't understand Payroll system all.
5. Pay Slip document. I think the company also no need to use carbon paper and order the printer machine to use to do a pay slip. Because now the staff are very few. From work experience the paper a 4 can be used to make pay slip. If the staff want to do the transaction at the Bank or government. The company can issue a certificate of salary to employees are attached with a salary slip and can make company save cost.
