Breakfast
I choose to eat breakfast every day because I have two reasons. First, breakfast reduces risk factor for disease such as diabetes and heart disease. If you skip breakfast, the risk factor is higher since breakfast is associated with low blood levels and hypertension. Finally, eating breakfast is energy for brain as possible to encourage evolution of cognitive and developmental function related to memory. when you eat breakfast every day, I have recommended dishes it is Thaifood my favourite because delicious and made easy. It is pork with Basil You can make delicious pork with basil if you follow three steps.First, prepare the ingredients: 200 g minced pork, ½ cup Basil leaves, ¼ cup beat garlic and chili, ½ cup cut long green bean and onion, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Second, prepare the seasoning: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and ½ tablespoon sugar.Finally, it is fry process. You put vegetable oil in a pan till hot, add garlic , chili and fry them until you smell the aroma .Add minced pork, stir-fry till pork is almost cooked. Add long green bean and onion until they are cooked. Add soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Increase heat to high and add basil for smell. Test it and serve with rice and fried eggs. To sum up when you eat breakfast every day, you will reduce risk factors for disease and has excellent memory. I believe if to day you ate breakfast you can member pork with Basil.
