Job Descriptions :-
Handling all human resources management relating to recruitment, training & development, personnel administration and employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits including reward and recognition programs.
Being responsible for providing HR directions in both operational and strategic aspect for the full spectrum of HR functions to enhance work place relations and productivity in line with the overall business strategy of the organization.
Improving employees' capabilities and providing an advisory service on the development of the performance management system to ensure the effectiveness of performance measurements.
Implementing performance appraisal structure with adequate evaluation method.
Evaluating, improving and implementing the compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems.
Preparation of budget information of employee relations, training and all salary and wage requirements.
Developing internal communication and implementing the strategic direction of the operations
Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained and motivated and are provided scope for career development.
Providing specialist HR guidance on specific issues such as remuneration benchmarking and performance measurement.
Monitoring staff performance/improvements, including administration of KPI measurement and records.
Qualifications :-
A Thai citizen. age over 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in related field with a higher degree is big plus.
At least 10 years’ experience in handling a full set of organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development and recruitment function in a multinational organization of which a minimum of 5 years should be at the management level.
Possess strong managerial and coaching skills.
Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws
Good drive, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must as is the ability to influence individuals at various levels of the organization.
Excellent in English and computer literacy.
