Responsibilities ¬ To create and supervise a professional, service oriented team that provides the guests and visitors of the hotel. ¬ Maintain appearance of the Guest Service area and equipment. ¬ Training and on¬going supervision of the Guest Service staff. ¬ Helps Guest service staff in resolving problems and completing work. ¬ Resolves complaints and answers questions of guests regarding services and procedures. ¬ General administrative and clerical support
