However : we still need to more focus on ignition booking and deliver as we knew that it below than expectation , please consider staff working schedule again or assign to low performer to do it
One more thing please aware to connecting score , even we have low number of staff to service member on the floor but need more proactive and full energy all the time
Mention to new member who use tail voucher before start date , just let you know I reduce number of trail voucher from 3 to 1 already and also all of them have to inform us before use club , so we will discuss again how we take care them
