Recently, with the development of CCD sensor, the vision
coordinate measurement system using CCD camera [1] is
being studied and the products are often introduced including
the auto car white-body visual inspection system belonging to
tianjin university, the leica’s triangle vision machine,
Metronor’s probe vision machine, etc. The basis principle of
these systems is similar to compute the coordinates of
measured points by analyzing the CCD image of measured
object surface or assistant bar
