Please issue a refund to the customer, as the order has passed SLA.
Since the order is in delivered status, please ask warehouse to change the status of the order in OMS to being returned, so that the customer will be refunded.
Also, kindly inform warehouse that the physical item/s will not be received.
Do extend our deepest apologies to the customer for the inconvenience caused.
